You are not limited to the life you now live. It has been accepted by you as the best you can do at this moment. any time you're ready to go beyond the limitations currently in your life, you're capable of doing that by choosing different thoughts.

You ever pay attention to what you're thinking about?

Your thoughts have a big impact on your life, much bigger than you think.

Your thoughts can really shape and create your life.  You have thousands of thoughts everyday, but how many
of them are really helping you?

Every once in a while take a moment to track your thoughts.  Catch yourself thinking and see if you're having
thoughts that help or harm you.

Like most of us, you'll have a lot of useless  thoughts, the kind that don't help you and can
work against you.

You may not realize it but if you have negative  thoughts they'll make your life harder and more difficult.

You see over time, thoughts turn into beliefs. When they become beliefs they get picked up by
your subconscious mind. Your subconscious then follows these beliefs and makes sure your life reflects
what you think and believe.

If you have too many negative thoughts, then you will have a lot of negative beliefs. When you have a lot of negative beliefs, your subconscious simply makes sure your life reflects those negative beliefs.

So if you think and believe that life is meant to  be difficult, your life will always be difficult.

If you think and believe that you can't find a good job, then you'll have difficulty finding a good job.

Negative thoughts don't help you. They don't do any good, they make you feel bad, they on focus on
what's wrong, and so you attract more negative energy and things keep getting worse.

If you constantly talk about what is wrong or why you can't do something, then those are also junk thoughts and like junk they should be thrown out; sent to the curb or banished to a wasteland where they'll never be heard from again.

You ever pay attention to what you're thinking about?

I mean really notice what thoughts are racing through your head.

You have thousands of thoughts everyday, and I know no one can possibly keep track of every single thought.

But every once in a while stop and pay attention to what your thinking about.

There's a good chance you've got a lot of junk thoughts, the kind that don't
do any good, don't help you succeed and don't allow you to be happy.

If you think about why you can't do something or why something won't work out, then those are junk thoughts.

They don't do any good and only focus on the negative.

If you constantly talk about what is wrong or why you can't do something,
then those are also junk thoughts and like junk they should be thrown out; sent to the curb or banished to a wasteland where
they'll never be heard from again.

Junk thoughts are really negative, meaningless thoughts

So why keep this junk in your head?
Wouldn't you rather enjoy success and happiness?

You can when you change your thoughts and create empowering beliefs that catapult you to a better life.


Now you can change your thoughts and create empowering beliefs that allow you to succeed, enjoy life and get what you desire .

Over the years you got used to settling for less, you heard people tell you that you can't do this and you can't do that, Maybe they said you're not smart enough, Or maybe you tried to accomplish something and it didn't work out the way you wanted - so you thought: "Maybe I don't know how..."

Then you gave up and settled for less...

You accepted those limiting beliefs, You accepted the negative thoughts that others gave you and you believed them, You accepted that you had to settle for less

And so now you've got your subconscious mind, the universe and the law of attraction bringing you exactly what you don't want.

You want more, you want to make more money, you want to get a better job, you want to spend more time with your family, you want to achieve those goals, You want to lose that weight, You want to get in shape, You want better health, you want a better life... and you can have exactly what you want.

You just have to get rid of the negative thinking that others gave you, get rid of those negative beliefs which aren't really true Today you turn things around Today you stop settling for less Today you get your subconscious mind working for you and bringing you exactly what you want
